My assumption was this. It would be a better idea to analyze one particular user or business on Instagram. What sort of quality of data might this approach produce? It was whilst asking myself questions such as this one that sparked the idea for this website.
I would like to prove to you that it is highly unlikely that you can take 12 million posts and use them as data for calculating the best time for all users to make their posts.
A much more focused method would be to look at a single user or business that closely resembles your own and try to duplicate their success rates.See competitor statistics
Example: look at 50 food bloggers from 5 continents and see if you can determine the best time for someone to make a post about food.two food bloggers one from Australia and one from Europe.

Because you need to take into consideration other factors such as geographical location (and therefore time-zones), audience demographics, and other factors that will impact when people make a post.
The solution is to be specific.

Let’s assume that you are an aspiring new food blogger based in Australia and you have all your production tools ready to go. You can be producing great content, but you uncertain when is the best time to post.
Your first step to remedying this is to search for an established blogger in the same niche and location. Someone successful will have done the experimentation and already know when the best time to post is. You want to be aware of what the competition is up to, right?
